It's jamie oliver's recipe using jacobs biscuits.it goes something like 500gm of mince beef, mixed with 10 crushed jacob's biscuits, seasoned with a bit of chicken stock and pepper.Chopped onion and parseley, sealed with egg white and patted into round patties.
OOzes with taste,juicy and meaty.melted cheesy.yummy.
